Who We Are
By His Grace, Inc. is a non-profit organization which does ministry and mission work primarily in Ghana, West Africa. This organization also provides assistance to people within the Baton Rouge community. President, Pastor A. W. Azoney founded By His Grace, Inc. in 1997. Once there, he found there was a greater need for ministry to help the people, especially the lost children.
Since the formation of the organization, Bible study groups and ministries have formed in several villages. In addition to ministry and mission, the organization presides over "By His Grace International School" in Accra, Ghana West Africa. The children attending the school are all from the area. Many of them are homeless, wandering the streets with no purpose or goals and even more devastating, no food. According to the Ministry of Education (the governing board) all Ghanaian schools must charge fees; we have been blessed to assist some of them with fees as God permits. Each student receives breakfast and lunch.
Our future plans include building an orphanage which will not only provide a home for the homeless children, but also for their parents. The orphanage will be staffed by the parents who will be responsible for maintaining the building; cooking and serving meals and growing crops that will be used to feed the residents in the orphanage. The orphanage will house a chapel, school, library, dormitories, and administration offices.
The Bible says, "To whom much is given much is required." (Luke 12:48)
